About Me

Hi friends! Welcome to my page! My name is Kelsie Ferry and I am the owner and designer behind Ferrytale Event Designs!

I’ve been in the wedding biz for almost 10 years already!! I started off helping to coordinate the weddings for my church, St. Joseph’s Church / Bread of Life Community, just out of high school! The bulk of my experience (almost 5 years!) was sculpted through my fruitful time working at Peek’n Peak with weddings & events. I recently exited my position at the Erie Art Museum after almost 2 incredible years of being their Administrative & Event Coordinator. My second year there I was responsible for SIXTY-FOUR weddings and events! I enjoyed my job there and learned a LOT. 🙂 Now, I am ready to be fully independent and emersed in what has been created as Ferrytale Event Designs and I am so proud to be doing this full-time!

I was born & raised in Erie, PA (never left!), and I have an incredible husband, two little kiddo boys, and TWIN babies! I love being out and about with the family in my “down” time, and I enjoy a good nap when I can. I like listening to audiobooks (if your event is a long drive, I can guarantee that’s what I am doing on the way there!) and I enjoy puzzles, too!

My Business Style…

Your happiest day will quickly become one of my happiest days, and that’s my drive behind it all! We need to make sure we are the right fit! Here are some examples of what makes me…me! Family photo opp? Grandma’s looking a bit wobbly? I’m already running to grab her a chair. Speaking of The Wobble, if Aunt Becky flags me onto the dance floor, I’m in! We need a flag? Nobody can find the restrooms? I’m creatively making signage that is tasteful and clear. Are we vibing yet?
