Day-Of Wedding Coordination Package

starting at $995

  • Service begins at the Final Details Meeting 1-3 weeks before wedding
  • Arrive 2 hours before ceremony, and stay through “regularly scheduled wedding events,” excluding a potential end of night send-off
  • Attend ceremony rehearsal and guide bridal party participation
  • Provide day-of coordination services at both ceremony and reception
  • Ensure all vendors have a matching day-of timeline (ceremony through reception)
  • Day-of communication with vendors for smooth transitions between wedding events
  • Take care of problems and needs as they come up
  • Tend to bridal party and family as needed

  • Assisting with vendor correspondences upon booked services

  • Bi-monthly scheduled check-ins in addition to regular communication

Additional Wedding Services

Early Arrival Services Priced @ $100/hour (More than 2 hours before ceremony start time)

  • Partial or full decoration services whether you rent from me, rent elsewhere, or purchase items on your own
  • Overseeing vendor arrivals on wedding day
  • Off-site errand running

Late Night Services Priced @ $175/hour (Services begin after “regularly scheduled wedding events” conclude)

  • Distribute vendor thank you cards and tips
  • Coordinate send-offs (ex: sparklers)
  • Venue clean up

Other

  • Hire an assistant! Add a 2nd staff member to the Ferrytale Event Designs team on your wedding day @ $75/hour
  • DIY fun! Want someone alongside you helping you make your seating chart, table numbers, or other DIY project? I’d love to be your second set of hands! @ $40/hour (within 30 minute radius of Kelsie’s home address)

Special Event Planning and/or Coordination

Baby showers, gender reveals, graduation parties, corporate events, birthday parties… With the different types of events being so unique, this package is built around the client’s needs each and every time.

 

Rentals

We offer both decor rentals as well as tent, table, chair, and accessory rentals.
